arizona speeding ticket lawyer
i was arrested for going 23 mph over the limit in Arizona. If the guilty plea?

I was late for class and went 23 miles on speed limit. In Arizona it is a criminal offense if you go over 20 MPH. What is my best approach to the judge to get the ticket down to a civil offense so it does not stay on my record. I am an ROTC cadet at my school, and with this on my record affect my security clearance. There seemed to be going so fast but that's what he said. I can not afford a lawyer and I'm a broke student, but I really need help because I am not a criminal. What is my best option for this? Should I plead guilty or innocent?

conviction does not always fight a ticket I recently received a master's enormous fine and went to fight him and the State was not ready and won show there tell them you werent going so fast and the police mistook for someone else to ask that will quickly tell you that 2 or 3 miles over the speed limit and that's how long it will be fined
