Beating a LIDAR speeding ticket?

Also, the officer was kind of pissed because he thought I was ignoring his request to pull over and when I asked him how fast I was going he told me “it doesn’t matter”.
So I was pulled over doing 83 in a 65 and received a 180 dollar ticket. The officer motioned for me to pull over, but I didn’t think he was pointing at me. I was in the left lane and was constantly letting people pass me and going into the middle lane. When the officer pulled me over, I had pulled into the middle lane to let another car pass and told the officer he had the wrong guy. I know how accurate LIDAR is, but really don’t want my insurance to go up. Do I have any chance of fighting my ticket, I’m 18 years old and have a clean driving record. Also, if you have any tips you could give me, I’ll take all the help I can get. Thanks
