how do i keep from getting a felony battery ?

i live in illinois. i have NO criminal record what so ever. not even a speeding ticket. i am going to beat the living shit out of this girl. its inevitable. im going to f*ck her up real good. what pointers can you give me to keep it from being a felony battery. i would like to keep it a misdemeanor becaus ei am an avid hunter and i would hate to lose my rights……..
no i would not do this to any one else. this is the one and only person who is really deserving of a good beating. and i will do the time if i have to, i would just rather it be a misdemeanor. i heard as long as its not in a public place its not a felony? idk, but 7 years of dealing with someone who just does not get the hint to stay away from me, has me ready to get violent. i have given her fair warning to stop her bullshit. 7 years of warning. and now…….ITS ON
