Can I beat the speeding ticket if i wasnt allowed to see radar gun?

Cop said I was going 38 in 25 mile zone . 2 cars in front of me and i was turning around a curve, i would of ended up in a ditch if I was speeding I was actually doing 20 He must of clocked the car that was going straight in front of me.He didnt allow me to see the radar gun . Can I use this in court.

Of course you can use it, but officers don’t have to let you see thier radar reading. For all sorts of reason, first there is no law they have to. Next they normally want you to remain in your car for thier safety. Unless they are gonig to search your car.
Next as they are driving, they watch thier radar unit and can not lock it in place at the fastest speed esp if you start to slow down.
Some of the newer units will display fastest speed but not all of them do that.

You can in a pre-trial motion request to see the test log the officer does at the start of his shift to test his radar equipment.

But no it would not get the car in front of you, unless it was a semi tractor, it works off of the largest reflection mass of its signal.
