Beating Enradd Speeding Tickets

New speeding device, enradd?

I just got my first speeding ticket today. they used “enradd” on me which is a new type of speed trap. Now, they said i was going 56 in a 25. I don’t understand how that is possible when it is a very windy road.

so i have a few questions.

1. How can i beat the ticket?
2. there are boxes on the ticket where information about the enradd (where is was tested, when it was tested, when it was made) were left empty, leaving me curious about when the speed checking device was last tested for accuracy. Can i use that as a way to fight the ticket?

Any answers would be appreciated. again, i would not be fighting this ticket if i didn’t think I fully deserved it.

Interesting. Doesn’t seem that this method would be that accurate. What if two cars where traveling next to each other. They would both be speeding right? How does the officer decide which car gets the ticket. The one with the blonde in it or maybe the car with the young black male driving. What would happen if an animal was in the same area. Maybe a dog, cat, or deer. Would that change the reading. Just what happens when two objects move in the same general area at the sametime? Good luck.
