What is the best defense for driving while intoxicated?

Was coming down a hill and stopped for speeding then gives all evidence and finally arrested and taken to give a BAC. First, is there anything I can do because the police have been harassing me for years bs with traffic stops and also from the hill at the speed I did so I was not in control of the vehicle resulting in an illegal stop. Secondly my high school will probably be below the legal limit, but have issued a citation for operating while intoxicated, but currently there is no evidence to support that. Unless this bill goes down I was thinking of following a jury trial. Any thoughts or ideas, case studies, including the goodness of the case was abandoned would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The best defense is to not drink then drive. Since you've done that you should hire a lawyer. His "I was not in control of my car" defense give the judge a good laugh. That is what the brake pedal is for. The evidence of his intoxication was taken by the breathalyzer. Will be used against you.
