british columbia speeding fines
How long do I have to pay a speeding ticket in Canada?

Greetings all, On a recent trip, I have a ticket for speeding British Columbia. In the back says it can save $ 25 payable within 30 days, but I see I do not know how much time do I have to pay. Does anyone know the answer to this? I live in the eastern U.S., and I admit I'm a little nervous about sending a check in all the way to BC, I will mail any confirmation, so I know that next time I'm in BC I will not be arrested for not paying? :) * For example, when I get a parking ticket normal around the area I live, has a small table, saying that after a few days the fine goes up, and so on.

Pay by money order or if you have the option of using a credit card, sometimes they can call and have the information of credit card by phone or online. I would not use a personal check for the simple reason that they live outside the country and sometimes not accept checks from outside the country. As for when you have to pay for court date set on it (usually have a court date on them for people who want to go to court to plead not guilty, go figure) If no date then they would have to pay within 30 days otherwise due and payable is correct away. If you can not issue a warrant for failure to appear and failure to pay:. Edit to add I would get the letter and so you have proof that sent him and then also have to sign for it!
