so I went from 62 to 40. I have court on 4/14/07. Still havent got the paperwork in the mail. can this mean I got away with it? I want to take the driving school and pay the fine. But I do not want to go to court. How I can just get these things behind my back?? Fremont, CA is where I live and where it happened Any info would be good great
