california highway patrol speeding ticket
traffic ticket in California ?

I got a traffic ticket for speeding (75 in a 65 freeway ) .I went to court and i pleded not guilty .Who is responsable to provide the evidence against me , so i can get ready for my trial . Is it the district attorney or the highway patrol?

District attorney don’t care about speeding tickets.

You and the police officer will meet in front of a judge: each one will be asked about the incident and then the judge will rule in favor of whoever he wants.

Most of the time if you have no “very good hard evidence” the judge will trust the officer’s word over yours.

I think you are wasting your time on this.
