California Speeding Fines Prices
2006

received a speeding ticket for going 34mph at 25mph school zone, how much is it going to be?
i was picking up my brother and there was a car in front of me trying to park and it was only a single lane, so i went to the other side because i didnt want to get stuck on the school traffic when there is enough traffic and guess who i see, a police officer with a speeding gun. he pulled me over for going 34 on 25 school zone. this is in california. how much is the fine going to be? and is there any chance that i might be able to get down the price lower?
No traffic citation in California shows the fine. I imagine this prevents reprinting the form every time the fine changes, which is often. The scheduled fine for going 1-15 mph over the limit is about $211. Your fine should be close to that. Traffic school can cost up to $50 more, but will keep it off your record. (This assumes that you are not under 18 in a county that has juvenile traffic court.)
