school traffic laws in California?

today I received a speeding ticket for going nine miles over the speed limit. Approximately 15 months ago (January 2007) I received a traffic ticket for not completely stop while turning right at a red light. I attended traffic school so I've completed February 14, 2007. I live in southern California, what is the traffic rule the school? Am I eligible to attend traffic school? please serious answers and useful only. I do not know anything about what a reckless driver who I am and I'm guilty. I know I am, I am trying to save money by keeping my insurance rates low since I am a college student in great debt. thanks
