speeding ticket in upstate New York live in pa?

I just got a speeding ticket in Ulster County (Kingston City Court) to go 63 to 45. I have a CDL license (not a truck driver though). will transfer points to pa and my insurance go up. Do you know what type of load it there is? (The new ticket print-outs and no information on the back, nor is there a phone number to call).

Check the Internet for county government or call the county courthouse or county offices .. The number can be obtained via the Internet or information. Call and ask for the clerk. Tell the salesperson you want to plead not guilty and wants a trial. Or will set a date or contact you with a date. Better yet send a letter to plead not guilty and demanded a trial. A day or call prior to trial two and tell them you are sick and need a postponement. Ask to speak to the prosecutor who is handling the case .. Tell the prosecutor that they are not guilty (very, very polite and friendly, Tell the prosecutor that if you want ot be heard and have sufficient notice to ensure that their testimony can be there. (There are no invisible friends when you were young?) It is likely that the prosecutor offered a deal which may plead guilty of a misdemeanor with fewer points that may not even be reported to Pennsylvania Ulster County is a vacation area. Try to move the thing back up to half of the season vacation. The Prosecutor is stuck and not want to bother taking you to court.
