Speeding

How I can get out of this speeding ticket?

I have 16 years and lives in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Under Ohio law if someone under age 17 receives a traffic violation within the first 6 months of having your license, lose your license for 6 months. I've had mine for 3. I've been stopped once before running a stop sign. Going 58 in a 35 because I was late for an appointment. I can leave to lose my license? I pay the ticket, but I need my license to get to my work!

It is obvious that it should have a license, we hope to be pulled before hurting someone.
