I have a ticket for speeding in North Carolina (80 in 65) – How I can get out of the points and just pay a fine?

This was on the way to Charlotte while I was on I-85 in Cleveland County and just across from SC to NC. What should I do to hire a lawyer? Is that the best way to handle it?
