Colorado Speeding Ticket Points
2009

What if I do not go to traffic court in Colorado? (I am a resident of California)?
I live in California with California driver's license one, I have 20, and I have a 9 point speeding in Colorado a few days ago (93 in 65), which means there is no well included in the ticket, and I expected to be in court. I did a little research and it seems that I have no 21, I'm being summoned to court so they can revoke my license. I was told that if no-show then you just have to not drive in Colorado, because if I stop driving there, you can be arrested. There is almost no chance that I can get a handle on Colorado for the rest of my life, anyway. Is that true? What happens if you do not go to court?
Short answer your driver's license will be suspended no-shows to court. Once your license is suspended, any place where they stop you can be arrested (if you are driving) and your car can drive or be.
