Conviction Code Speeding
2009

I passed a stopped school bus in Virginia, and I have a ticket for reckless driving. What I will sentence? I have 17 years.?
Was a two-way, so I was driving in the same direction as the bus. I was driving in the left lane and the bus stopped on the right. Drove below the speed limit. Never had a ticket before, so this is my first. The maximum penalty for conviction of VA Code Section 46.2-859 is 12 months in prison, fined $ 2,500, six months loss of license in Virginia and six points on your driving record in Virginia. But this is cool … what the minimum? What will I get? What am I supposed to do to get a lesser penalty? What should I tell the judge?
The minimum is that off the complete file, without penalty. You gotta play your cards right with the judge however. Walk with confidence, but not arrogant. Tells the story of a professional and make it look like an honest mistake. Emphasize that good trajectory and prove you're a good boy. Explain that you are going to be a more careful driver and to understand why received the ticket. Practice your case before him and make sure they have strong points of discussion.
