I'm sitting in my house waiting to see this post I want to know what will happen to me. PS. im 17 so im a minor if it is better or worse. Will I get a speeding criminal charge or I can go to traffic school as any another bill? This is my first offense of any kind.

Driving over 100 mph is a serious violation for speeding. It is a appearance compulsory court, even in counties that handle minor traffic offenses in adult court. traffic school is not allowed. The official audience can suspend your license for up to 30 days. It is 2 points with DMV, which will greatly increase your insurance, and if you are still on a provisional license 2 points can result in additional restrictions or suspensions. The fine provided for an adult is around $ 825, but less might get lower or community service. You can see if you can get the charge reduced to simple speeding, carrying only a point and a minor fine. By the way, people who know better not to refer California and Cali, a city in Colombia.
