ct speeding laws
Does anyone have experience in the fight reckless driving charge, in general, or specifically in Connecticut?

I was arrested and the officer said he was doing 90 in a 65 to fall down in a 55 mph zone. He returned to his car for a good 20 minutes and then again tells me to exit the car and said to me is arrested for reckless driving. Then he says they have to appear in court, blah, blah, take my picture with my car and I said if it will not appear for me. My question is, does anyone have experience in the fight against a charge of reckless driving, specifically in Connecticut, more specific in Meriden? In addition, think this is a position most associated with DUI and was not drinking and driving, so I think all in all the officer was just being an idiot, but how I can turn that into a viable argument. Among the arguments put forward plan for the CT law says that speeding alone is not reckless driving, but driving wilfull involves reckless and senseless behavior that arises specifically as a danger to anyone but yourself.

There are several different violations can qualify as reckless driving in Connecticut, one of which is: A person operating a MV on a road in a parking area for ten or more vehicles, on a private road for a speed limit has been established, or in school at a speed exceeding 85 MPH.
