dc photo speeding tickets
Have you ever received a speeding ticket in the mail?

OK – I rented a car in DC and gave me a speeding ticket in email compliance office photo CC. It said I was going 6 miles over the speed limit. It has a picture of the rental car, but how the hell does that prove you were speeding. I would contest this, but I do not live anywhere near DC for the expense of going there to fight it would be more than ticket but does not seem fair. Any advice? It would be unfair, because how an image of a license plate to show that I was speeding. If it is a picture of me going through a red light and there was no evidence, I would not say.

Likely, the officer or employee who handles photo enforced traffic Call the rental company to which the vehicle is registered. The company gave them the information because he had rented the vehicle at the time. DC lawyers call and ask them to represent you. You might be able to obtain representation in traffic court for about $ 50. However, photo-fines applied traffic are pretty cut and dry. EDIT in response to additional information: It only took the picture because he was speeding. The cameras are configured with the radar device similar. In my town, we stop the photo-enforced laws. The entries also show a record of the speed at which one ran a red light, however, my people speed does not appear in the photo-enforced subpoena.
