Dekalb County Ga Speeding Fines
2007
By downloading or reduce a traffic ticket?
I stopped for 24 years. The officer said he was going 59 in a 35. I'm sure that probably was speeding although I'm not sure I was going so fast. What is the likelihood that I might go down if I appear in court? I've always heard that if the official is not presents you a great opportunity to get out or get a fine reduction if I agree with a statement of guilt? Should I plead guilty or not-what? Is it even worth it or I take the ticket and pay? That happened in Dekalb County, GA.
Do not expect the police officer did not show in court. Many jurisdictions pay overtime to police officers in court. That's a good additional source of income convenient for many officers. Also, remember, governments need all the money they can get. The money from the fine for the ticket is something that most governments will not resign voluntarily. I recommend that you hire a lawyer who has extensive experience successfully defending traffic tickets. Interview at least 3 or 4 defense lawyers successful experience of fines traffic. Ask about cases that have successfully defended in court. I also ask about the cases that have been lost in court. the Prosecutor's Office rent you think is best for you to represent you in court.
