Denver Speeding Ticket Lawyer
2002
Has anyone had luck with the hiring of a lawyer in a speeding ticket? ?
Mine was in Denver – 35 mph in a school zone. $ 280 4 points, if I reduced it.
I do not know about Colorado, but in FL and CA a couple of times I went to court for traffic violations. You do not need a lawyer and never had any points. – 1 if the officer who issued the ticket does not appear in court, the state has no witnesses. Not plead guilty and do not get a conviction, they have to pay the fine and nothing is pointing upward. 2 – If the officer shows: The judge could offer to do a "no contest" pleading. He will pay the fine and could not give a sentence (no points). In Florida, this option has always worked. Judges in California are harder and the best I could escape was a "guilty with an explanation" states. He explained that the violation was not intentional and I only put on probation for one year. Provided they do not repeat the violation in the following year, you do not pay the ticket or get points. Once again, I paid the fine but was not convicted and got no point -. 3 You can plead guilty and ask for permission to go to traffic school if eligible. Fortunately, the last time I got a ticket was in 2001. But if it happens, I will go to court again. It is my right, why not use it?
