HELPPP! I have flashed by speed camera? Yesturday i basically driving under tunnel 40 41 mph when the limit was 30,,, I could see the camera so that I have flashed by the camera, it flashed twice. Unfortunately I am a new driver, been driving for a month and a half, but has only been a year that I have the license. really do not know how to solve it, I knew that receive £ 60 fine and 3 points. I am very concerned about the penalty points cos if I get another flash in the next 11 months I will just lose my license, but I guess I have learned a lesson that is a good thing. Of course I have not received the log book, however, although it has been more than 2 mnths of me buying the car, even fill me V62 form and sent it to DVLA, but have not received the log book. What do I do now? the previous owner is no longer in this country as far as I know. How the police will find me and what will happen? If I put my points will affect my insurance?

First, if the car is still not registered in your name then the old owner is responsible and the police probably will not be able to find! If you are registered, then you will receive points and a fine. 3 points on my license got insurance for about $ 50 per year.
