Dvla Speeding Endorsements

How strict are DVLA driving standards?
I just passed the test a few weeks back and bought a car. I wonder what is the strict monitoring of speed cameras and rules. There were some cases that was driving 45 mph, while the speed limit was 40, I suddenly realized and reduced to 40/below. One more was accidentally enter the bus lane, but after a few meters over the bus lane. Is there any way of knowing any endorsement applies me. (Eg, calling DVLA / etc?), But wait 2 weeks for notification received.
I tell all my students who pass their test to drive as they did in their day of testing. You can not go wrong. I've been driving since July 1982, I passed first time and since then I have not even had a ticket parking. I took my advanced driving test at 84, I went to a class of 1. I kept my Class 1 since then resitting my advanced driving test each few years. Now I am a driving instructor and I hate to see other users who are not trying to drive a standard on our roads. Should be compulsory the test should be repeated every 5 years. Put it this way, anyone can drive like a total idiot, but you need the best driver to drive to the standard set by dsa Why not just jump red lights, speed down the road, enter the bus lane and see what happens to you. You will lose your license, then have to sit and extended test drive and try to get insurance for your car ……….
