Speeding

I was arrested for speeding, but issued no tickets. Am I free or how I can get a strong maille?

I am pulled by a 70 mph road, a policeman said nothing about how fast I go, all I was trying to do is go over a car and didn't see a policeman behind me. Asked my driver's license, and some questions where I come from, where I go. had brief radio conversation with operators and asked me to slow down, drive safely and I asked to see the deer on the road. has not yet issued any tickets on site. Which means I'm free ticket or How I can get a speeding ticket by mail to the address on my id i am sure that I go over 15 mph, but no more than 1/4th mile
