Fight Speeding Ticket Ny
2003

I just got a ticket in New York, but I have a CA license?
Will I be eligible for traffic school, but I am not of the state and have had a ticket in the last 18 months but in a different state? I am debating the fight against the bill because the police towards me when I checked and he said he was 63, but when he was behind me there was definitely more than 55 years. The speed limit in most of the stretch of road is 55, and there was even a sign about 100 yards behind where he stopped me, said 55, but said he had a stretch of what little he had 45 and gave me a ticket for a 63 in a 45. I also feel attacked by my CA plates as there was a car ahead of me with plates from New York who was not even gaining ground. Do you think I have a case?
You can try. Tickets can go either way. Sometimes, the officer did not come to court and will be discarded. Sometimes they are happy to come to court and probably end up with a fine. The fine is the same if you go to court or not, so if you have the time to fight it, go for it ..
