Speeding ticket question.?

Im in Ohio and I was pulled over for speeding, but the officer did not mark on the ticket what he used to determine my speed. Is this grounds for me to fight the ticket?

That is not going to get the charges dropped.

Your copy is not important. The copy he files with the court is the one the judge will see. Chances are, that copy will have the information filled in.

Even if the court copy is not complete, omissions or errors on a ticket are not grounds for dismissal. The ticket can be amended.

Often times these types of claims can be counterproductive, as it shows the court you are not accepting responsibility for your actions.
