Do you give time to speak with the police before the hearing of a speeding ticket?
When he stopped me the police told me that if I showed in my view, that would help me get any points on my record (I live in PA). So I want to show and talk to him, but I'm not trying to fight ticket.
what is going to do is ask the judge to drop a lesser charge that gives itself points.and not be in the courtroom and talk most likely if you want
