Speeding

The speeding ticket by a radar .. the patrol was moving. Help?!?

So last month I received a speeding ticket. A police was directed toward me and turned around and got me. He said he was 90 and I told him I was 75 I have my car on cruise control. He said it was impossible and that if he wanted to fight had t appear in court. So this morning was my court time and pleaded not guilty. Now I have a trial set for 02 September need help on how to get me out of this ticket. I'm not going to pay a criminal fine when I was not doing the speed penalty. speed limit was 65. I stopped in California. I do not want answers about the software to buy if I have to spend money, not interested. lol if you have any questions or want further advice then I'll ask to put in a short time later. Was there a potential source of electromagnetic interference with the Doppler signature of the device all that is said. Traveling 75 in a 65 zone, if the load is simply the is speeding, then you're screwed. In my jurisdiction the prosecution simply refers to excessive speed and the amount is more than irelevant.
