Fighting Speeding Ticket Massachusetts
2002

ticket as a baby, I fight it?
I have ticket for 65 mph when the road was driving 75 mph in Massachusetts. Now the bill says "Speed as [x] Posted [X], clock speed [X] tor [X] estimated (ie all options are checked)" Do leave room to contest the ticket in court. It is $ 100. What happened? The police arrived just behind me and when I realized slowly pulled aside and there goes the light:) The road at that time was actually 55 MPH and was forgiving me for the list to 65 MPH so the ticket is less (and I had good record too.) In Some statistics are going 11 mph over the speed limit is and can not be fined. Any help? Do you leave a space for contesting the ticket as the speed is said to is estimated, the operator and dialed. Who cares. Thanks in advance.
Se … I do not mean to disappoint but there are states that allow a driver to not exceed the speed limit … PERIOD: Do not confuse a formal approach to writing just a speeding ticket if you are a certain number of miles usually limit the case. The court is in excess of speed as written in the law … the driver should not exceed the limit. Use good sense and common sense, most officials to understand that we all tend to go a little further if no particular attention. Some even follow, other drivers state that "goes with traffic flow. "That does not make speeding legal violation. Using this logic one could say that jumping off the cliff, because the whole world … is what to do. You have an option I am aware, as listed in the court and ask the court if he would attend a driving school. This usually costs much less than a speeding ticket and admission is normally dismissed at the end of the course.
