ticket as a baby, I fight it?

I have ticket for 65 mph when the road was driving 75 mph in Massachusetts. Now the bill says "Speed as [x] Posted [X], clock speed [X] tor [X] estimated (ie all options are checked)" Do leave room to contest the ticket in court. It is $ 100. What happened?
