What should I say in court to fight this speeding ticket?

so I got a speeding ticket **** Toro, on the highway hgihway by a patrol and was a speed trap, which was 75 then bam 65 and pulls me over saying he was 80, it was not me, but when I ask to see radar gun very politley ignores me, then ask me 3 times and he still ignores me, then walks away. my two friends were in the car and even my friend in the seat shouted back the window hey can see that the radar gun still ignored. Im going to fight him because I was not speeding. What is the best i could use in defense against this type if it is presented to the court. could use that in my defense?

It need not let you see the radar gun. You really not have much of a defense. It comes down to your word against the police. Who would believe if you were a judge? Your best bet is to plead guilty, it seems that feel, that you just do not realize how fast it goes and yes, I realize how dangerous speeding is, etc etc, and ask the judge to lower the fine. Probably will.
