In the UK if someone is issued with a FPN for speeding and you go to court may be more points?
if given a fixed penalty notice and contest once you go to court may be more points, the fine can, obviously, but can the points??
simple answer is yes. The fixed penalty is set for the two points and fine. If you decide to go to court are not entering the fixed penalty scheme, so that both the points and the fine may be increased.
