If I get a speeding fine in New York, and I can change my FL license to transfer points as well?

I have a ticket in New York, and I received three stitches in my new license York. I live in Florida, I changed my license to a Florida license. I just received another speeding ticket few days ago. My plan is to take the kind of practice, but I know I need one, 4 hours (A ticket) or 8 hours (two entries).

You can try to contact with a driving school. Explain your situation and see what they think (they are professionals in the field, after all).
