"Shrink" is slang meaning Pschyiatrist, Psychologist (counseling) and is short for Head Shrinker which implies that the director is taking off the head of the person and reduce their problems to a minimum size …. pun in reference to some primitive tribes that actually beheaded their enemies then head is to mummify a much smaller original.
