Geico Rates Speeding Ticket
2001
If you shoot my rates?
I've always been a safe driver. I'm the guy who always drives the speed limit and waiting for the first time when light turns green (I am only 33 and not more). I have not had an accident in 8 years since I fell on some ice. This morning I was waiting to turn left on the job. Traffic stopped. The cars in both lanes waves pulled me in slowly, but a guy running down the side of the street to the right and pushed my tribute to two feet. I'm surprised the airbags will not turn off. The police came and said it was a double-fault accident. The guy should not have been right, but was making a left at the traffic. We both have the same insurance company, so I will not get any help from them. "Rail" that led was not in a lane but a shoulder .. I became a lane about 100 feet forward, I called my insurance and they are failures of the accident on me. not issued a ticket or anything. How much should I expect my rates to rise. I use Geico
On average, at-fault accident will cause their rates to go up around 30% the first year after the accident. Now would be a good time to shop around.
