I received a speeding ticket, court is mandatory and the fine is $ 257, what if I can not pay?

I have a speeding ticket in Georgia for 71 in 45 (26 over the limit) which is considered reckless driving under the Vehicle Code of Georgia 40-13-6. reckless driving forces me to stand in court instead of mail in a payment. I called the court and said to be $ 257 minimum must be paid at the court date. I have the least and I know it will be Clearly, what happens if the total amount of the speeding ticket may not be paid at the court date? surely there is a certain period of time to pay or something. I have 17 years of age does matter.

The judge will ask if you need more time to pay. All you need do is to plead guilty in court. Talk to prosecuter and lower it to the next level.
