Speeding

I received a speeding ticket in Georgia and I am a student. Are they going to reduce it?

So I got a speeding ticket for going over 35 miles. I understand that I am guilty but I was trying to get to work on time. If I explain to the judge that I am a student and can not afford to pay the fine in it is the current amount, it will reduce? Speed is my first ticket ever. Also, does anyone know the fine for going 35 miles in Oconee Georgia?
