Following too close ticket in Georgia?

This morning, I was hurriedly trying to travel through Georgia to get to class on time. Just outside of Milledgeville was arrested by state police. He said that I scored at 68 to 55, and I was tailgating the vehicle in front me in an attempt to get around a group of cars. It issued a warning for speeding, but unfortunately I have a ticket to watch closely. I looked online and the penalty for which is $ 110 and it seems I have 3 points on my license. And I have no excuse not to, others who were in a hurry. I knew he was following closely, but was trying to give the driver a signal that he wanted to get around. Is it worth going to court or pay me $ 110?

Since going to court almost certainly not going to achieve anything ….. and is guilty of a crime causing many many serious injuries every day ….. I would say simply pay the fine, learn his lesson, and start driving as a worthy member of society. Good luck.
