Georgia Speeding Tickets Fines
2008

Got speeding ticket in Georgia.?
He is 18. Has updated their license license test C. The rec'd a speeding ticket just after he turned 18 last fall and just pay the fine before your court date. He was arrested last night for speeding / driving Reckless – 86 of 55. My question is: Will you lose your license? We will contact a lawyer but do not know what the law is because they have one in your registration. If you lose your license Can a license to drive back and forth to school functions?
I'm not sure if GA is mandatory suspension or revocation of driving Reckless or not. But yes, there is the possibility that he could lose his license. That is until the judge or, possibly, the DMV. And that should have been thinking about how I would go and come to school before he decided to ignore the laws and drive in an unsafe manner. Driving is just a privilege, not a right. No laws in any state that gives anyone the right to drive. A state has no obligation to provide a person living alone in that state driver's license. So now is find out what happens when you abuse that privilege. Get a lawyer and see if the attorney can get the charges reduced to save your license. But if this is your child, such it's time to learn to be an adult and a suspended license is a good trail care that the laws relating to the whole world and he is not above the law as seems to think he is.
