I have a photo radar in Germany, what should I do?

I went on a trip to Europe and I was caught speeding in my rental car while I was in Germany. I think it has not much of it until this week I I have six-page document in German rewarding the ticket. Obviously, when I signed the i lease responsible for any traffic violation, my question is .. would this affect my driving record here in the U.S. if I do not pay the fine?
