How to beat a Gwinnett County Speeding Ticket?

I was doing 38 in a 25 in my nieghborhood and I want to know if all ways to overcome it. He does not write the name but the county town and when I stopped a lot of grass clippings came into my car because someone was mowing grass there and the top is down in my convertible.
