gwinnett speeding ticket
If I plead guilty, not guilty or innocent?

I was in a car accident about two weeks, Gwinnett County, Georgia. The court held in state court as I was not at the limits of the city in particular. The police officer called me a ticket for not yielding to turn left. The thing is, I had a "turning arrow" and was more than halfway through the intersection. The other driver had obviously a red light, crashed into me at high speed, and had no intentions of stopping. I spoke to a different officer on the issue and told me not to be declared guilty. And if the court still does not agree with me that should be declared no contest. I have my g / f as a witness because he was with during the accident. Luckily no one was injured and the other driver was very nice. He even admitted in front of me and my girlfriend could not remember if the light was green or red. Any advice and / or suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks, Kris

If it says "not guilty" … If you're not completely sure who was More on the "bad" photos of the damage may help determine who hit who and who is basically what comes down a. Say, if the side of vehicle is damaged and the front of his damaged … is almost certain that you're stuck and could not control his motor vehicle. In most cases the person actually reaches the other is not considered to have "control" of his vehicle in order to avoid an accident, so this theory can work in your favor. You did not mention anything about the insurance companies involved …. undoutedly request etc that photos and a police report … talk to a lawyer if you are very worried.
