So Texas seems to have an annual hunting people with traffic violations pending … Yes !!!… Anyway, I have an order not to appear in court for a speeding ticket but that's in Stafford and I live in Houston County Harris, but as 5-10 minutes out of the area of Stafford. It Stafford and Houston police are looking outside their districts? HPD know that if I pull more than I could transfer Stafford for arrest, but they come to my house or work for a warrant in another city / county? …

Yes they can. every year i warn people about this and take it for granted. sure enough i know at least two people who picked it up. its sad. to spend time in jail for something as simple as a fine traffic could have been paid. these are the same people who spend money on anything else unnecessarily
