Highway Traffic Act Speeding

highway traffic act speeding
Why do people just totally ignore the speed limit?

I recently moved from Buffalo, New York to Silver Spring, Maryland(big mistake) and aside from the other nuisances that I can find about this miserable underdeveloped Cesspool, I notice that people just act like there is no such thing as a speed limit. I was driving on the highway yesterday doing about 55mph and this idiot pulls up behind me and flashes his lights so that I can move out of his way (I’m in the middle lane) so I purposely slowed down because if the retard wanted to drive fast then he should’ve been in the far left lane. People drive like maniacs here and it’s unbelievable, I see people doing at least about 90 to 100 miles and hour, where are the police??? There was a terrible accident on the Maryland Interstate 50 on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and guess what one of the factors was in the accident………………….”Vehicles on the three-lane span, which at the time was carrying traffic in both directions, had been traveling faster than the posted 50 mph limit”

Try driving in California.

The speed limit shows 65, but the unspoken speed limit is about 75-80. I’ve driven alongside cops at that speed.

I can understand about someone being too slow on the fast lane, but when someone is in the middle lane like your case, they really need to just cut over. We all know the far left is for the aggressive drivers. I would’ve slowed down also…..need a new rear bumper anyways…..
