Il Speeding Ticket Fines

IL teen speeding ticket?
Hi I am a year 17 years in Illinois and I just got my first speeding ticket going 55 in an area of about 35 days ago one. The road is usually 45, but i was caught off guard, because apparently the road was under construction. I wondered if all that I have to do is go to court and pay the fine and mail in the ticket? I have no obligation of a court date, so do not plan to go to court i dont care if the ticket goes on my record. In addition, this bill will be the first time to increase my insurance? I am also aware that Illinois sends a form email telling my parents I have a speeding ticket. So in conclusion, all I have to do is pay the fine and I'm done if I'm not willing to go to court? Thanks
If a construction zone of the fine will probably be double the cost of a normal speeding ticket. An average of three construction workers die each month because drivers do not heed the warning signs and reduce speed. In answer to your question, you can go to court and pay your ticket. By paying your ticket, you is admitting guilt and tickets will go on your driving record. At your age, insurance rates will rise significantly. You may be able to prevent the rising cost its safe to attend a driving school. Can also keep the points off your driving record.
