Indiana Speeding Ticket
2004

How to get out of a speeding ticket in Indiana (where there is incorrect information in the ticket)?
I have a ticket saying I was 14 miles over the speeding limit. In the ticket, the race has me listed as blank when I'm actually in Asia. I checked my driver's license and there is nothing in the race there, so it is a mistake of the staff? If I go to court to be sufficient to have the ticket dismissed? This is my second speeding ticket in the year (I never had any violations before the two inputs).
It is an urban legend or myth that any error in the citation will be dismissed. This myth is perpetuated by people who are not willing to accept responsibility for their actions. Any error in a date as may be amended at any time, even during the hearing. Think about it … Are you really going to stand before a judge and say "Yes, I was speeding, but I am from Asia, not Caucasians, so I think the ticket should be discarded. "You still are guilty of speeding no matter their race.
