iowa speeding ticket points
Late / Speeding Ticket = MO unpaid suspension in Iowa?

Hi all, I've been all together with the balance of my accounts and keep a steady job. I work as a contractor for Robert Half, well, there are large gaps of unemployment and all my bills for example, Best Buy, Quest, etc. car insurance accumulate all. I have always intended to pay my fee, but needed to clear break where I could pay a $ 100 ticket. Well, I just Iowa received word that as of 05/02/2008 my license is suspended unless I could provide proof that the state of Missouri has received the payment. Does this mean if I pay or not, I am suspended? Where was the notice saying that "you are late, pay or be suspended for this date?" Now, I used to ask (What I like to do) a father to lend me the money to pay this speeding ticket, but I'm not even sure this is still going to make a difference at this point. Is there some way to clarify this? I am a good driver, this was my only speeding ticket from 96 (seconds total

You must pay the ticket, then Iowa visit and that should restore your license. Otherwise if you get stopped again. will charge and a fine for driving while suspended. It just keeps adding up. Go talk to the agency where I got the original ticket and take care of it. In this way its over and done with and you can go ahead.
