I have my ticket to court

I am located in Irving, Texas (Dallas County) and I have a speeding ticket doing 75 in a 60 mile zone per hour (without construction). I am also a violation of the corrective vision because I had recently arrived and DWV lasik had not been eliminated the restriction of vision. I went to DMV and they told me just to show the judge my license back and most likely going to drop the matter of vision, but I'm thinking if I'm going to see a judge I only contest the admission fee and hope that the police is a show not to?

In Texas, the state need only demonstrate the traffic violation was not reasonable and prudent. 75/60, is both. Probably drop the restriction at a cost of $ 10 and the court found guilty in excess speed. Most departments discipline an officer who does not appear in court. Most of the time, we introduced ourselves. You can appeal to county court, if want, based on the lack of a trial transcript, since no transcripts of the trial in municipal court. But the result is likely to be the same.
