Amending a speeding ticket, Was It Worth It?

I recently Received a speeding ticket the other day. Some Investigating After I Decide to see if I Could Have it amended. I Went to the city hall and spoke with a prosecutor and she Amended it from speeding to careless driving. Just upon hearing the switch, careless driving speeding Worse Than sounds, and it's still Seems to Be a moving violation. I did not think to ask, Which I Will Probably still do. I live in Kansas So There isn't a point system and They Do not do the "driving school" thing. Was It So Because worth it sounds like it's still going on the record thereby making my insurance even higher. Thoughts?

Probably now you will pay more $ $ $ $ and i do Understand why you got it as prosecutor Amended Are not your friend Why Did you leave it alone now Might Even the judge revoke your driving license for carelessness
