Drag racing ticket cost?

I just got floor standing beside a car. The guy gave me a ticket for drag racing though, I and car were side by side at a red light and not race. He put my hand and gave him gas, after having fallen did the same, or even exceeds the speed limit! To make matters worse, the other escaped! What is the best you can do in this situation and how strong is the fine? While I live in Kansas, I discovered that probably was speeding because the speed limit had changed. BUT, the red light was on and went, (which just went, no racing) is where said "Illegal" action occurred and not pull me over until I was lying in a sound unit, approx. 2 miles down the road, and at that time was calling for backup to find a black mustang (i corrected him, it was dark blue). I received a ticket for speeding, but that was two years ago. Does this help more?

Countering that one with a good lawyer! NEVER guilty of "Drag Racing" and is not at all if not exceeded the speed limit! A lawyer will not have problems to get the rate reduced to something on the order of "excessive speeding" or at worst, "Exposure driving "Your position may be more than the fine directly to the post, but hidden fees and charges you will pay in the coming years will make than worth it …. There is no way the official can demonstrate a "Drag Racing" summons unless there was clear and obvious change between you and the other driver before "launch" or it was clear that this was a contest has been coordinated and judged by a third party.
