Lidar Speeding Tickets

How to fight a speeding ticket in court?
I got speeding – going about 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. The bill states that the limit Speed was "New", the officer used "lidar" and my speed was "estimated." The crime was a bill in the state 90/17 Massachusetts. The ticket is $ 230. The officer had his vehicle parked on the side of the road, was standing outside his vehicle, pull over and greeted me. This is my first offense. He requested a court hearing, what is the best way to combat this?
I realize that is never mentioned how fast they went. traffic officers are to test for measuring visual vehicle speed, the better chance we have is that the speedometer checked to make sure it is and then tell exactly how much your speedometer said they were leaving.
