How to fight a speeding ticket in court?

I got speeding – going about 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. The bill states that the limit Speed was "New", the officer used "lidar" and my speed was "estimated." The crime was a bill in the state 90/17 Massachusetts. The ticket is $ 230. The officer had his vehicle parked on the side of the road, was standing outside his vehicle, pull over and greeted me.
